I decided to make the last wallhanging with a gnome picking apples from his fruit tree on his little farm.
Marley saw what I was doing and went and got her bag full of wool and made this remarkable wallhanging. I had to felt it for her (the needle are VERY Sharp!) it was definatly a keeper. She made a sun, tree, rainbow, and a mud hole with a pig in it. How cute. This was all her own work and idea. Gotta love little imaginations. Here she is showing it off.
McKenzie saw me sewing this afternoon and ran to get their wood sewing machine. Here she was re-threading it like mama. Nothing like getting a head start on sewing. We had a fun day crafting and Marley was even able to get her homework done. She Had letter J this week and tracing numbers 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10.
