One More Day

One more day until Christmas. Not only are the girls excited. I am horrible at saving presents. I have wanted to give Paul and the girls their gifts since they were thoughts in my mind earlier this year. Also, the fact that I have most all the shopping done usually by the end of October and they sit in a closet or box for a couple months does not help. Anyway, They are going to really enjoy them. It will be so great to spend the day with eachother and have a big nice sit down meal together being thankful for eachother and all the things life has to offer for us. We are truly blessed. I know that I have a great family and never take it for granted. Everyday, I look at our lives and thank the great man above for all that he as given us... eachother mainly. Where else could a person want to be. We have a perfect life in our books. Even despite a very rough 2008.
Below is a felt board that I dazzled up for the girls room for Christmas with them shouting out inspiration for it. Don't forget they are girls and although small still they know what they like and want! Boy are we in trouble! The felt board is a little more callenging than needle felting but in the end gives a nice result. Plus it's removable so that different seasons or themes can be applied with time and patience.

Happy Holidays stay Warm and Safe!
